Cannabis Industry Spotlight: Tinley’s Beverages

Next up in our ongoing series about cannabis brands we love is Tinley’s Beverages. This award-winning brand offers some of the best drinks on the market, and we’re here for it!

Cannabis Beverage - Popular as Ever

By now it’s no secret - cannabis-infused beverages make up one of the fastest-growing parts of legal cannabis. The sector made $2 billion last year and will be worth at least $3 billion by 2025.

The cannabis beverage market was no doubt aided by the COVID-19 pandemic, with millions of Americans staying home most of their time and spending more money on home comforts. However, gourmet and premium cannabis-infused consumables of all kinds have engrained themselves into the hearts and minds of most consumers. And that's likely to increase as public spaces are finally starting to open back up.

Tinley's Drinkable Elixirs

Tinley's products include single-serving microdose tonics with flavors like Spicy Ginger, Lime & Pineapple. Each tonic is infused with Pineapple Jack Sativa. They also offer their one-of-a-kind take on classics like coconut rum, cinnamon whiskey, and coffee liqueur, offered under the brand Beckett's '27. The '27 is a hat-tip to the first recorded historic usage of cannabis, circa 2727 BC.

Tinley's Brand Story

One such brand that is creating uniquely crafted cannabis beverages is the Santa Monica-based Tinley's Beverages. Tinley's brand philosophy is that they "We believe drinkable elixirs are among the healthiest and most delicious ways to enjoy cannabis," according to their website. Tinley's makes some of the most creative and tasty-sounding canna-beverages that non-alcoholic, vegan, and gluten-free. The brand says their beverages are crafted for a full-flower, euphoric Sativa effect.

In 2019, two of their products won awards at the High Times' Emerald Cup: Tinley™ Tonics High Horse™ taking first, and Tinley™ ’27 Coconut Cask beverages taking second in the cannabis-infused beverage category. The Emerald Cup is an event taking place for decades and is the largest of its kind in the world.

Tinley's built a 20,000 square foot cannabis beverage manufacturing & distribution facility in Long Beach, California, and will continue its growth in 2021 and beyond. Their THC-infused products are only available in California right now, but their Beckett’s™-branded non-THC products are available in fine retailers throughout the U.S. As legislative wins for cannabis continue, we will hopefully see the THC versions of Tinley's make their way into other states.
